Chapkin Edwards Limited – Fully Operational Confirmation

We are pleased to confirm that Chapkin Edwards Limited is fully operational and has continued in existence and in operation as normal since its incorporation.

On 24 February 2026, the Supreme Court of Bermuda (Commercial Court) issued Order 2026: No. 47 under Section 261 of the Companies Act 1981. The Order confirms the company’s continued existence on the Register.

At Chapkin Edwards we have continued to deliver our personalised tutoring, school placement, university guidance, academic mentoring, career mentoring and guardianship services without any interruption whatsoever.

We remain fully committed to supporting families in Bermuda and the UK with the same high standards of care and expertise you have come to expect from us.
